Cancelling your order before shipment

You can cancel your order yourself, instantly, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Open your order status from the link in your confirmation email or from your account, select the order and choose "Request cancellation". The cancellation and refund are processed automatically.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU Directive 2023/2673, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. You can start a return from the same section of your account, or contact us at soporte-es@majorica.com.
