Applicable only to the selection of discounted products

1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER
This promotional action is organized by MAJORICA INTERNACIONAL, S.L., with NIF B-01906163, a Spanish entity with registered office at C/Argenters, 77 07500 Manacor (Illes Balears).

2. PROMOTION OBJECTIVE
The promotion consists of offering an extra 10% discount, applicable only to the selection of discounted products specified on the Sale Landing Page:  /collections/Rebajas in the Spanish market,  /collections/Sale for Germany and   /collections/Sales for the rest of the CEE.
Promotion applicable in ECI Majorica stores.

3. VALIDITY PERIOD
The promotion will be valid from July 3rd at 3pm until July 8th at 3pm.

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS
During the promotion period, an extra 10% discount will be applied to the discounted price of the selected sale products. The code EXTRA10 must be applied

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • Discounts apply only to products included in the specific Sale selection.
  • Discounts are not cumulative with other offers, promotions, coupons, or special benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Units may be subject to availability and while stocks last.
  • Majorica reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons, without this giving rise to compensation or claim by the user.
  • There is a limit on the number of purchases per customer: 1 per customer.

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Majorica's official online store, available on the official website.

7. MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION
Majorica reserves the right to modify these legal terms or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that justify it, committing to inform participants of such changes.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the promotion, the parties shall submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.
