1. ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTION  
This promotional campaign is organized by MAJORICA INTERNACIONAL, S.L., with Spanish tax ID NIF B-01906163 and registered office at C/Argenters 77, 07500 Manacor (Balearic Islands).

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION  
The promotion consists of gifting a Majorica Coral jewelry box with all purchases over €170, made through the official Majorica online store during the promotion period.

3. VALIDITY PERIOD  
The promotion will be valid from April 20, 2026 at 10:00 am until May 3, 2026 (at 11:00 pm) or while supplies last (250 units).

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS  
The promotion will be applied automatically to all orders with a purchase amount exceeding €170, after applying current discounts and offers on products.  
The gift consists of a Majorica jewelry box, valued at €39 (RRP).

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS  
The gift is not redeemable for cash or other products.  
In the event of a full or partial return of the order that reduces the purchase amount below €170, the customer must return the gift in perfect condition, or its value (€39) will be deducted from the refund amount, along with reverse logistics costs.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION  
The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the official Majorica online store, available on the official website.

7. MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION  
Majorica reserves the right to modify these legal terms or cancel the promotion in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that justify it, committing to inform participants of such changes.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS  
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION  
These legal terms shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the promotion, the parties shall submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.
