Order cancellation
Cancelling your order before shipment
You can cancel your order yourself, immediately. Access your order status via the link in your confirmation email or through your account, select the order, and choose "Request cancellation." The cancellation and refund are processed automatically.
You have one hour from the time of order confirmation to process a cancellation via your customer area. After this time, the order cannot be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to provide a reason. You can initiate the return from the relevant section of your account.
The applicable charge will be the return cost based on the destination country.
