1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER
This promotional action is organized by MAJORICA INTERNACIONAL, SL, a Spanish entity with NIF B-01906163 and with registered office at C/Argenters 77 07500 Manacor (Balearic Islands).
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion consists of a free pair of Majorica Keychain with purchases over €135 made through the official Majorica online store during the promotion period.
3. VALIDITY PERIOD
The promotion will be valid from September 1, 2025 at 10:00 am until September 30, 2025 or while supplies last (300 units).
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS
- The promotion will be automatically applied to all orders with a purchase value greater than €135, after applying discounts and offers to current products.
- The gift consists of a pair of Majorica Keychain , valued at €25 (RRP).
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The gift is not exchangeable for cash or other products.
- In the event of a full or partial return of the order that reduces the purchase amount to less than €135, the customer must return the gift in perfect condition, or the value (€25) will be deducted from the refund amount, along with the reverse logistics costs.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the official Majorica online store, available on the official website.
7. MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION
Majorica reserves the right to modify these legal terms and conditions or cancel the promotion in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that warrant it, and undertakes to inform participants of such changes.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal bases.
9. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in connection with the promotion, the parties will submit to the competent courts of Spain.
