Pearl
Each Majorica pearl is born from an artisanal process spanning over one hundred years. Successive layers of pearl essence are applied onto a spherical core until the luster, weight, and cool touch of a natural pearl are achieved.
The process is completed by hand, piece by piece, and each pearl is individually polished and inspected before being set. That is why no two are exactly alike.
All of our pearls are covered by a 10-year warranty.
Material
We work with 925 sterling silver and 18-karat gold plating over silver. The clasps, chains, and settings are made from the same materials as the piece, with no lower-quality alloys in the hidden parts.
The rhodium finish protects the silver from oxidation and gives it a cooler, more stable shine. For gold-plated pieces, the thickness of the plating is calculated to withstand daily use.
None of our pieces contain nickel in amounts that could cause allergic reactions.
Delivery & returns
Free shipping on orders over €60. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Estimated delivery on the mainland: 24-48 business hours. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3-5 business days.
Exchanges and returns within 30 days of receipt, at no extra cost. The item must retain its original case and seal. You can manage this from your account or at any of our stores.
Personalized or engraved items are non-returnable.
Pearl care
Put on your pearls last, after you have already applied perfume, hairspray, or lotion: alcohol and acids are their main enemies.
When storing them, keep them in their case and separate from other jewelry so they do not rub against metal pieces. Avoid airtight bags: pearls need some ambient humidity.
After wearing them, wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge them in water or use ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive products.
If a necklace string loosens or loses tension, bring it to any of our stores: we will inspect and restring the piece.
